Before Installation
Customers may request cancellation before the DTH hardware is set up or activated.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Note: Token/advance payments for technician allocation may be non-refundable once processing begins.
After Activation
Once hardware is installed and the connection is live, service terms are bound by the DTH provider.
- Cancellation requests are not eligible after successful installation.
- Hardware returns are subject to the brand's specific warranty policies.
- No refunds are provided for activated subscription packs.
Important Note: Any payment gateway processing fees or administrative charges incurred during the transaction may be deducted from the final refundable amount. We advise customers to review all pricing and plans thoroughly before confirming an installation slot.
