1. About Our Services

We operate as an independent Tata Play dealer/DSA partner providing assistance for:

  • New Tata Play DTH connections
  • HD & 4K setup installation
  • Recharge support
  • Package upgrades
  • Installation coordination

We are not the official website of Tata Play.

2. Cancellation Policy

Before Installation: Customers may request order cancellation before installation is scheduled or completed. Eligible cases include: Duplicate booking/payment, Wrong order placement, Service unavailable at customer location, Technical infeasibility for installation.

After Installation: Once installation is completed and/or Tata Play connection is activated, refund requests may not be applicable except in special cases approved by Tata Play policies.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be approved in the following situations:

  • Installation not possible due to technical reasons
  • Duplicate payment made by customer
  • Cancellation approved before activation
  • Order cancelled from our side due to operational reasons

Non-refundable charges may include installation charges, activation fees, processing fees, and subscription/recharge amounts already utilized.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days.
  • In certain cases, Tata Play may take up to 20 business days for refund settlement.
  • Refunds are processed through Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or the original payment method.

5. Required Information for Refund

Customers may be asked to provide: Registered mobile number, Order/booking details, Payment proof, and Bank account details or cancelled cheque copy.

6. No Refund Cases

Refunds may not be applicable if: Installation has been successfully completed, customer changes decision after activation, incorrect information was provided, delay caused by customer unavailability, or recharge/subscription already consumed.

7. Third-Party Services

Recharge plans, OTT subscriptions, and Tata Play account balance refunds may be governed directly by Tata Play’s official policies.

8. Dispute Resolution

For refund-related disputes, customers may contact us first for resolution. We aim to resolve all genuine concerns promptly and fairly.
